Now basically, everyone has an idea of how to reduce weight, don’t we?
Why do we find it so hard? Every single diet plan on the market, regardless of how great it is won't work without one significant ingredient, Perseverance!
However that is not something we can purchase from the store, that I am afraid to say, is one thing that individuals should give ourselves, and without one, just about every diet plan that you try definitely will fail.
There are many good diets around and one diet plan that suits one person won't totally fit another. Therefore you could find that you and your closest friend are going to begin a diet together,as mentioned in does fit yummy mummy really workyour friend might be going great guns and losing pound after pound, but you, are not. It’s discouraging; but it’s the truth of life that we are all made up differently.
For me personally I don’t suggest diets as such. Once you restrict your calories, your system will believe that there is a food shortage, and it will go into starvation mode. Once in starvation mode, it'll slow down your fat burning capacity to conserve calories.
The thing is your body happen to be programmed from way back that whenever there is no supply of food, we had to look for our food so our food items were not consistent. The metabolism adjusts the usage of our calories to ensure that in periods of food scarcity; we would not waste away and go without food.
Currently in this day and age, there is always food at hand; but our bodies are not aware of this. Whenever you skip a meal your body will go on starvation alert and slow that metabolic rate all the way down, meaning next time you eat, the body is likely to hang on to those calories and store as much of them as it can as fat.
So, what’s the remedy? There has been tons of research and in my viewpoint the way ahead is this: To maintain your metabolic process ticking over at a regular pace, you must eat regular meals, regular small meals every 2.5 - 3 hours, try to include protein in these foods (meat, if possible lean meat i.e. chicken, turkey, tuna) since protein doesn’t shoot your blood sugar levels right up and plummet it down again as sugary foods would. Keep your daily calories to a guideline level, (take a look at your most suitable consumption online somewhere).
The next part is something that you're not primarily going to desire,as mentioned in Fit Yummy Mummy Review yet, it’s the only method ahead, you must Exercise!!
You need cardio workouts 3-4 times a week for approx forty minutes at a time, and very important, you must do weight lifting, as the more muscle you have, the more fat you burn. Ladies don’t panic, I am not saying that you have to look like Arnie, however you need muscle tone, not to mention the more you have, the more fat you'll burn, even when you are sleeping!
All The Best !
